Every stage of the process of choosing a pool and having it installed was very professional and straight forward. All the work they did was at a high standard. They dealt with the planning and consent process with the local council. Brent provided excellent training for pool maintenance and follow up advice.

We had an amazing experience with the team from NZ Pools. From the initial contact, design guidance, budgeting and construction they provided us with outstanding communication and customer support. Terri and Murphy provided us with the all we needed to assist with the selection of materials and pool equipment, while Brent, Rob, Cal and Joseph were masters of the construction works and quickly installed the pool and found solutions to our unique situations.

Terri and Brent also helped us with finding and co-ordinating the other subcontractors and suppliers that carried out the excavation; plumbing, drainage and gas work; carpentry and builders work; and were happy to work with our preferred electrical and artificial lawn subcontractors. The clear communication and co-ordination was important so we knew what was happening and to ensure others weren’t standing around waiting for things to happen.

The support provided working with our local council was critical to ensure the consent processes were followed, the required inspections were completed during and after the works and to ensure we received the required confirmation of compliance for pool safety and code of compliance certificate. We would have struggled with these processes if it wasn’t for the support of the team at NZ Pools.

The newer control systems give us the ability to see status of water quality and control times that pump and heater operate and remotely operate the pool vacuum and set timers. We are proud and happy with what we have managed to achieve with our new pool by NZ Pools. If you are considering a new pool we would highly recommend talking to NZ Pools and their wider team of subcontractors and suppliers so you can see if they can make your pool a reality.
